First Community of Resonance
Located near Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, the first community of resonance is emerging in a valley, situated on a 100+ acre property. The land is composed of vibrant tropical jungle, fruit trees and a swimmable river. On either side, are two small mountains with views' looking out upon the nearby ocean, and multiple walking paths crisscrossing up their slopes.
A stretch of the property was generously provided by the owner for this Community of Resonance. In its nascent phase, the community's primary focus is on building sustainably abundant physical spaces and strong foundations for psycho-spiritual growth. This includes organising regular residential immersions in resonance, offered to the wider community.
It is important that that there is diversity amongst residents at the outset, including locals from Puerto Rico, U.S. citizens, and people with international backgrounds.

Long-term vision
Until there is wider consensus for longer-term buildings, the space will consist of high quality, displaceable glamping structures and the following:

Organic food forest

Communal Kitchen

Heat dome for immersion in fire energy

Glamping tent for central communal space

Forest glamping tent for long-periods of solitude

Onsite utilities: Reliable solar power, a well for water supply, and compost toilets.

Natural resources: Abundance of bamboo and clay earth for construction and furniture.

Shared bicycles and vehicles.

This vision will unfold organically, in balance with the needs of the residents and the owner of the property.
