ICIE DIFFERENT FORMATS
For now, there are two types of ICIE's:
-
10 day experience is designed for new participants and anyone who has participated in an ICIE but feels disconnected from their resonance. This format affords a more structured and nurturing rhythm. Anyone is welcome to apply!
-
3 day experience is for those who are deeply connected through resonance. This format emphasises a continuous shared resonance and has no predetermined structure outside of the group agreement and the individual needs, lessons and intentions discerned by the participants at the beginning of the ICIE. Prior participation in a 10 day ICIE is not required.

SOURCE
If reality is a a multilayered spectrum emanating from the source of infinite, unrealised potential, to a unified field of that expressed potential, through various degrees of more distinct separateness, resonance is the thread that integrates it all, so that what is experienced at any given layer is coherent with all other layers. In each of us, there is a part of us, however unconscious that isn't separate from everything else, and so by abiding in resonance, we simultaneously honour our deepest connection to everything, the separateness we currently experience, and the natural pull of experience through separateness, towards source.

Just as every river's journey is unique -some emanate from the high mountains, others from underground springs, some have twists and turns, others are much more direct - so too is it crucial that we honour our unique course even if it strays from the familiar. At times this course will align with existing paradigms, structures, social constructs, traditions -like a child's foot fitting into a shoe that allows room for growth. But at other times there is no familiar structure that aligns with the unique expression of our experience, and so we summon courage and trust, as life charts a path into the unknown. territorythat hold your experience and it can bventually it becomes constraining and more room is needed to allow new lessons to flow in. But eventually, our foot reaches its full potwhen our foot has reached its ful there are no more boundaries to experience, and if our lives continue to participateAgain, similar to a river collecting the strength of the streams that flow into it, so too does the flow of resonance collect these lessons and the various threads of our lives from which they originated, so that by the time the river is ready to converge with the ocean, it has the power and momentum to leap into the infinite.
is unique but contiuous expression
Everyone one of us has certain access points where resonance is more readily available, all of these moments, wherever they arise for each of us, they are a quality of aliveness, of presence, of heightened connection. These are the qualities of resonance and over the course of an ICIE, we learn to integrate resonance into as many domains of our experience as possible. The degree to which one experience's resonance at any given experience is proportional to the degree to which we chose to open ourselves up to that experience.
These are the qualities that are cultivated in first period of the 10 day ICIE. For these first three days, we learn to open ourselves to all experience
The ICIEs provide a space to explore those moments not only in those domains where they arise and its central often then but in this modern age it is very few of us who experience engulfing presence in every moment.
to some degree experience life as though the person having the experience and the experience being had were separate.
Embedded in this separation are all of the experiences of life that we unconsciously aren't ready to integrate - all of the unpleasant experiences that we've pushed away, the dull experiences that we've disengaged from and the pleasant experiences that we haven't let go of. This separation between self and experience is our primordial coping mechanism to feel secure in this inconceivably vast, mysterious and unstable existence.
So far, in our quest for grounding we have integrated many of the material lessons that we need to feel whole at that most foundational level of our beings. However in this era of abundance, with that foundation in place, we have the opportunity to integrate new experiences at much deeper levels of our beings, that confront us with both our deepest fears, confusions, and attachments as well as our most expansive states of joy, clarity and connectedness.
Both sides of this spectrum are challenging to integrate, especially within mainstream social constructs that weren't designed to hold the potency of these experiences.
Resonance
We all have stories and projections that we carry to describe who we are, what is important and how the world functions around us. Many of these mental narratives are profoundly helpful as we navigate the strange existence we find ourselves in. But many are also harmful but remain intrenched either because they are comfortable, because we are too afraid of what life would be like without them, or they are so fundamental to our individual and social fabric that aren't even accessible to our conscious experience. The most painful forms of separation in our lives, the conflicts, the blame, the self judgement, the destructive habits, are a result of the dissonance between these stories and projections and the true call of our hearts.

To be in resonance is to be attuned to our hearts guidance which emanates from that deepest point in our beings where our existence as a unique life form converges with all life forms, allowing the narratives that no longer serve to pass away, and to usher in that which is truly alive.

If life is infinite but our access to that infinite is framed by the degree to which self is separate in that moment, than resonance is where life and the self come together. It is where our openness says "no", our kindness says "stop", where our wisdom says "not for me", our determination says "I've done my best". It is when the wave and the ocean are held in one experience. We know resonance when the moment feels right, like a perfect fit, like it was always meant to be that way even if we don't understand why. Resonance is that gut feeling, deep knowing, intuition that we all have but that for most of us get buried under the should and have to voices of our minds. Occasionally, when we are forced to contend with the infinite unknowns of life, we open up ourselves to this wisdom only to listen to when life presents itself
When we surrender to the flow of experience, experience naturally moves towards connection and love. It presents the self with experiences that illuminates its separateness so that it may have the opportunity to reintegrate those experiences with openness. Over the course of an ICIE, we learn to open ourselves to every experience by summoning courage to face the uncomfortable, attentiveness to stay engaged with the uninteresting, and humility to allow the enjoyable to pass away naturally. In these very acts of love, we bring these rejected parts of ourselves back into the folds of life until everything is alive, nothing but love.
However, with the material grounding that this era affords us, we are realizing the psychological cost
the need to separate ourselves from the experience is no longer necessary. We can loosen our grip of the self, embrace the precariousness of life and reintegrate all of the experiences that we were not ready for until all separation has dissolved, all wounds have been healed, and every moment is whole, fully alive, fully love.

For people who need an integration period after undertaking an ICIE, there is a space Puerto Rico where they can continue to follow their hearts resonance. If over time, they feel in their heart of hearts that they would like to dedicate themselves to their resonance, they can over time transition into the Intentional Living Community.

Work for money and value = stress, less time for "life", value never address because a lack of value comes from insecurity - flourishing in all moments, we're not doing anything for a future moment. Fulfilment and addressed insecurities.

In our longstanding quest for material stability, we've come to glorify accumulation, initially as a sign of greater security, but eventually as a metric for our inherent value. Today's dominant economic paradigms, conceived hundreds of years ago when widespread scarcity still prevailed, harnessed these deepest psychological complexes, rooted in fear and conceit (through competition, limitless growth, and scarcity-value equations) to catalyze the boost in material productivity we needed to turn widespread scarcity into widespread abundance. While our material fortunes have changed, the collective traumas of not having enough for so long remain entrenched in our individual psyche and our broader social, political and economic systems. This vision and the fund of abundance is the beginning of a psychological revolution designed to address these entrenched traumas and usher in new paradigms for individual and collective fulfilment.

Right now our world struggles with a natural imbalance created by the unique conditions we face in a period of great transformation - a normalisation of excess in our material experience and unacknowledged recognition of our psychological experience.

The disproportionate value given to the material aspect of our experience collides with the extraordinary access to material resources available today creating a normalisation of a material excess.

Fullness in Every Moment
At the heart of the psychological revolution is a recognition that every moment is whole, perfect, and exactly as it needs to be. As already mentioned, the reflex to separate experience is our most essential coping mechanism to contend with the unfathomable fragility of our lives.
We began looking for ways to escape the pain of the present experience by living for other moments. Instead of fully abiding in the harshness of this moment, we sequestered ourselves in projections of the future embellished with promises of brighter pastures. This adaptive mindset was harnessed by the economic paradigms of the last few centuries, by committing billions of people to work under the auspices that if you struggle now, then later you will be able to enjoy. This glorification of the struggle gave a new credibility to this reflex to project into the future but it also conditioned our awareness further into the recesses of the mind, gradually cutting ourselves off from the other sense doors and our hearts. All of this was a helpful coping mechanism when life was truly too precarious, and too harsh to integrate. But, today there are enough of us, who if they chose to, could relax back into the present experience and discover they had no obvious threats to their lives, that everything they needed to survive was available to them, and reliable so for as long as their bodies continued to function, and that in fact, pleasant experiences were never far. Yet we have never been so disconnected from the present moment as we are today. From kindergarden to retirement there are powerful forces that keep us living for future moments with the same promise that if you endure something that you are not totally called to right now, something better awaits you later. In this era of abundance, these coping mechanisms are no longer necessary. We can return to the present moment with the assurances that this period of history affords and reintegrate the fears and insecurities that drove our separation from experience in the first place. We can reconnect with the other doorways to experience and begins once again listening to our hearts true callings knowing that all of our needs will be met. The Fund of Abundance is a pathway for that reintegration with the present moment to happen. The Fund of Abundance’s primary purpose is to empower more and more people to live every moment dedicated to their psychological growth through resonance without the constraint of financial scarcity.

The implications of these deep-rooted psychological insecurities continue to interact with systems that were designed to address scarcity, in an era where there is widespread abundance, for many can be devastating. that if we don't get the right grades, acceptance to the right university, employed by the right job, and perhaps most significantly, work most waking moments of our lives engaged in something that for money is far what truly calls to them, just , save up for retirement, and leave an inheritance then not only will there not be enough for us to meet our needs, we won't be enough in terms of our own self-worth. And so we accuFor many that kindergarten to retirement framework - where is the time for psychological well being? is profoundly helpful terms our value as there won't be enough to meet our needs. Per then there won't betake work every moment what there is, than others will isntead. if we don't so we spe What was once a reassuring stockpile of grains and protein stockpiled to last an unpredictable winter, has evolved into second, third and fourth vacations homes hardly used but for a few weeks a year, stockpiles of forgotten items buried in our cupboards, basements or garages, garbage bins filled with uneaten food, The insidious nature of these psychological driving forces, have resulted in a nomalization of material excess, and this excess is not only a burden to those who carry its load, but creates profound systemic imbalances in our ecological and social communities.
One of the ways humans coped with scarcity was to take more than was necessary in this moment, so as to not have to contend with scarcity in a future moment. This fear of not having enough was harnessed by today's economic paradigms by saying if you work hard now, you will eventually be able to save enough money to not have to work when you are no longer physically able to. Eventually, this seeped into our education system: if you get good enough grades, then you will get a well paying job, which will ensure that you and your loved ones don't have to face scarcity.

Freedom from scarcity
The trauma of scarcity qnd our compensatory reflex to accumulate, have created a host of psychological schsims that permeate the fabric of our modern lives:

More symbolically, the fund of abundance is an expression of the unique opportunities afforded to those living in this extraordinarily materially abundant era. In this way, the disproportionate attention given to economic survival can begin to give way to more resonant ways of living.
Even in places where there's overwhelming abundance, we still hold the insidious belief that there isn't enough-

.
Do we need to work most waking moments of our lives? Or can we live happily and fulfilled with less money and possessions and have more moments for our psychological wellbeing.
Creating a natural gravitation towards a just equilibrium, not only amongst our human family, but with all living beings. The pathway to this era of abundance requires us to look deeply into our psychological wounds where our greed, fear and numbness lie unacknowledged yet so consequential.

True needs
Society divorced from true needs
One of the consequences of this excess of abundance in sectors of humanity where true scarcity no longer exists is that excessive accumulation or self deprivation have become normalised and most of us now find ourself divorced from what our true needs are and what it means a balanced part of our environmental eco system. Any expression of excess or deprivation is fundamentally a projection of psychological patterns of greed, fear and dissociation. Until these patterns are cared for, our true needs and our true environmental balance will elude us.
The impact of this imbalance ripples into every social, political, economic and environmental facets of humanity.

True needs: material and psychological
Up until now, the focus around needs has been primarily on our material requirements but a full integration of our needs include our psychological requirements as well. And just as the vast majority of people require a belly full of food two or three times a day, so too does human psychology demand a sense of fullness, happiness and love.
One cannot exist in every moment without every component of our existence being available to form that moment and so a true need is always available to us if we are able to see it. Our conditioning towards excess and deprivation often obscures what is truly available. So coming back into our alignment is a process of realising that everything we need is already here but the journey towards that alignment requires to honour that conditioning. Needs are the pathway through which we honour that conditioning.
True needs for participants of the fund
Therefore as part of this vision, anyone participating in the fund of abundance carries the conviction to live solely in accordance to their true needs so that they are never burdened with excess, or reduced by deprivation.

Determining true needs
True needs are the meeting point in between:
what stretches us out of our comfort zone
and what keeps up within the field of experiences that we can stay balanced with.
A variety of different approaches to clarifying ones true needs are emerging as part of this vision. One approach has been to comprehensively explore both material and psychological needs at each of the primary energetic focal points of our beings: material, bodily, family, sex, social, self esteem, life purpose, expression, psyche and spiritual. See here for more information.

After so long focusing on our material needs as a species, we finally have the opportunity to integrate our psychological needs in a comprehensive way. The Fund of Abundance invites us to reflect deeply upon what our true comprehensive needs are with an encouragement to trust that we could not be here if our true needs couldn't be met. Just as a plant could not grown if it did not have the ingredients to flourish.

Generosity
As the material abundance of this era overflows into psychological abundance, basic assumptions around human nature and our selfish tendencies will transform as we witness how kind we are when all of our material and psychological needs are met, and the deep set insecurities that drove the scarcity mindset are seen and cared for. Give and take models of of social and economic engagement, will naturally give way to generosity as our ability to give without needing the reassurance of anything in return flourishes One In their wake entirely new ways of relating , as new forms more gen forms of relating to another will emerge.Generosity in its fullest expression has no expectation of anything in return. The reward for the giver is simply the joy of bringing happiness into experience. IN eras of scarcity, there was too much insecurity for people to give without expecting anything in returnto give so freely- there was a collective need for reassurance always have at least the same input as we had output. That reassurance was crucial when there was so that ourselves that needed assurance that nother formidable economic paradigms still add another pillar of the fund is the reorientation of society’s relationship with money, from a scarcity model of give and take to a generosity based model of trust and kindness and humility. Money is a social construct born from a give and take relationship where scarcity prevailed and the need for it was fundamental to exist in complex social setting. But that relationship is now creating wider economic gaps and strengthening harmful psychological experiences, like fear, confusion and greed.
Having a model based on generosity creates the opportunity for those interacting with it to develop qualities of the heart like humanity, kindness, trust, joy, and for the givers and receivers to feel connected and in resonance with their needs and resonance.

Access To The Fund
Accessing the fund requires the following three convictions:
-
To live solely in accordance to our true needs so that one is never burdened with excess, or reduced by deprivation, and so that our lives contribute towards the balance and wholeness of our wider social and ecological communities.
-
To realise our fullest potential through unwavering commitment to the resonance of the moment and a courageous resolve to open ourselves to and reintegrate all of the separateness and division in one's psyche.
-
That as one flourishes, and our unique gifts and callings naturally express themselves, that they be shared freely and humbly without accepting any financial or material compensation.

Distribution of finances
-
50% of the fund would be allotted to the needs of the the long-term residents (a portion would be allotted to emergency purposes).
-
40% to the ICIE’s and the intentional living spaces, of which 9% would go towards seed funding for new spaces
-
1% towards its own operating costs (a running cost under maintenance).
Distribution is always subject to adjustments so long as there is group consensus.
Operation
The fund would live on a decentralized platform with a publicly available universal record of all transactions (both the amount and content would be visible unless someone intentionally wishes to obscure the content ). Any long-term resident with access to the fund would be able to freely withdraw any amount up to a collectively agreed upon universal threshold. Any amount beyond that threshold would trigger a notification to all other long-term residents, who would have 24 hours to put the withdrawal on hold should they have any concerns, doubts or perspectives they wished to share with the person withdrawing. By the end of the 24th hour, should all holds have been lifted, the withdrawal would automatically go through. No withdrawals can ever go through whilst a hold is still active. In cases of emergency, the person would be able to access an emergency fund dedicated to them upon becoming a long-term resident, tailored to their unique circumstances (one can change the amount allotted to their emergency fund at any point so long as there is resonance amongst all long-term residents).
The purpose of this operating format is to provide fluid access to finances through the universal threshold, as well as honor the unique needs of each individual, whilst also maintaining group resonance in a domain that is charged with powerful conditioning. In a setting where all participants have dedicated their lives to psychological growth and hold this as their highest priority in every situation, even highly challenging situations can be integrated as powerful lessons that contribute to greater harmony and expansion for all involved.
